Shaude' Moore, Chair
Shaude’ Moore is the CEO of the Central District Community Preservation and Development Authority (CDCPDA) that manages the McKinney Center for Community & Economic Development (MCCED) in the heart of the Central District on 21st and Jackson. She is also a Sr. Global Program Manager at Amazon Web Services in Seattle, WA. She is president of Amazon’s Black Employee Network (BEN) at their headquarters in Seattle, Washington, Vice President of Women at Amazon (Seattle Chapter), and the Global Vice President of Amazon Women in Security (AWIS). Shaude’ is engaged in Diversity hiring and leadership in her organization and serves in her local community as an executive leader, mentor, life skills coach and public speaker. In 2019, she received the Martin Luther King Jr Commemoration Committee Community Organizing Award for embodying the principles of nonviolence, peace and harmony that guided Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr's Civil Rights Movement. She graduated from University of Phoenix (Western Washington Campus) in 2014 obtaining a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services (BSHS) and a Masters of Business Administration in 2016 (MBA). Shaude’ is currently a Graduate Student at City University of Seattle enrolled in the Ed.d Program as a Doctoral Candidate completing her final months as a postgraduate student to receive her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership. Shaude’ is passionate about leadership, Independence and the power of how testimonials and achievement can empower and inspire communities as well as young leaders!
